How do I get a quote, and are they free?

Receive a complimentary, straightforward quote by reaching out to us today.

Contact us to arrange a free consultation, tree assessment, and no-commitment quote valid for one month.

Each quote is professionally crafted, comprehensive, and sent to you via email.

How do I accept a tree quote?

The most straightforward method of accepting a tree quote is by replying via email. We can then plan the next stages, including scheduling the project and organising logistics such as parking and access.

How fast can work begin after I accept the quotation?

While we aim to arrange work promptly, delays may occur due to exceptionally busy periods and factors beyond our control.

During winter months, from October to February, our firm experiences high demand, and harsh weather conditions can lead to setbacks.

Securing permission for work on protected trees and those in conservation areas can take up to 8 weeks. For more details, please see our TPO and Conservation page.

At East London Tree Surgeons, we prioritise scheduling work to suit your individual preferences and availability.

Do you require access to my home, for example, for power?

At East London Tree Surgeons, we value your privacy.

If there’s a straightforward way to remove logs, branches and other debris from your property, such as side access, we won’t need to enter your home.

It’s worth noting that all our equipment operates on diesel, petrol, or cordless batteries, so electricity isn’t necessary.

Will you leave my property tidy?

We’ll leave your property tidy, minimising any signs of our work.

Unless arranged otherwise, we’ll clear all waste and tidy it by hand, using a portable leaf blower to remove any remaining debris.

Depending on the tree’s size or project scope, some lawn damage may occur, but we’ll do our utmost to keep this minimal.

We’ll take preventive measures, such as using ground protection mats when operating heavy machinery on wet soil.

East London Tree Surgeons has built an outstanding reputation for leaving properties in superb condition, often better than before our arrival.

What happens to all the timber, branches and green waste?

East London Tree Surgeons possess a valid green waste transport licence, ensuring responsible disposal of all waste materials.

Most debris from our arboricultural services is recycled, with any remaining green waste dispatched to power stations for biomass utilisation.

Please inform us in advance if you wish to retain items such as wood chips or logs. We’ll incorporate this into your quotation accordingly.
